Laura Linney

Laura Linney was born in New York, New York on the 5th of February 1964. She is an American actress who is known for her ability to portray tough characters, but also fragile. Linney was born into the family of actors since her father Romulus Linney is a playwright. Linney studied at the Arts Theatre School at Moscow, then graduated with her M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City, 1990. In 1990, she began the beginning of her Broadway career. She was praised for both Hedda Gabrieller and Six Degrees of Separation.
