Alexa Ray Joel

Alexa Ray is an American singer, songwriter, and musician. She is the daughter of the singer Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley. A New York native Joel has inherited her parents' love for fashion and music. At the age of 19 Joel joined her first musical group. The first live performance she performed took place at Maxwell's Hoboken New Jersey. Over the next few years, she quickly gained huge fame and eventually became one of the top performers of the present. Joel released her first extended track Sketches in 2006. Released through Audio Bee record label the EP was instrumental in helping her find a solid place in the music industry. Since then she's performed at numerous live shows and released several singles. Joel, who has worked in the fashion world since her early years and has performed in a variety of fashion events. Joel was featured on the BELLA Beauty Issue cover in the year 2018. She was taken to hospital after ingesting an overdose of Traumeel in December 2009. In the aftermath of her complete recovery, she stated that she did not intend to hurt herself.
